I found that the owner of the company is a very warm, welcoming and highly talented artisan. He is many years my senior and I am 66. His energy and skill far surpasses my own and my expectations and I will most certainly share my positive experiences with McCallum's Saddlery and Leather Repair at every opportunity. There is one negative review on this business and I asked the owner about the encounter with the individual. The fellow called on a Sunday, when McCallum's isn't open, and the caller got the owner directly. The caller was terse and in an apparent panic state when he called. The owner of the business was going to open his shop specifically for this individual but the caller did not call back. I feel it is very unfair of this caller to leave such a negative review when the owner of McCallum's was ready to go above and beyond for him. And, no one should ever criticize someone else because of their biases or assumptions. Get the facts man!

I had a wonderful experience all around and I cannot recommend enough. I was given all sorts of help with my project. The only thing more enjoyable than the vault of knowledge and experience was the grand banter I enjoyed every single visit. It is almost a shame I finished because I don't have an excuse to drop by the shop anymore! If you have any question or tasks regarding leather, this is the place to start. You will be happy you did.

Excellent work, and very quick about it. My issue with my tool belt was only a minor one but it was done the same day and for a very reasonable price. We had a great conversation while I was there. I wouldn't take my leather goods anywhere else in Lethbridge or area.

Andy fixed up my Muay Thai leather shin pads In quick time and great price for his time, not only fixed them but added an extra Support/strength To the bottom strap. thanks again Andy Great job.
