These guys are at the top of there game, very professional, great customer relations and one of the tidest professionaly run shops I've ever been to. Ken in service was more than accommodating, Norm and Jeff in the shop were great at what they do. And the rest of the staff and crew were all very professional and helpful. I was amazed that the price for what they did was about 1800 less than what I expected. Thanks guys look forward to stopping by for a visit next time I'm through town. Cheers

Ken was great to deal with at first. Was able to do a job that most shops didn't want to. We agreed on our quote and delivered the truck with no expectations of when it would be done. They sent pictures throughout the process and things came together quite nicely. We needed an extra job done, were given the cost and decided to go ahead. When the truck was finished we were mailed an invoice for thousands more than we had agreed to or had been made aware of. We tried to discuss the bill with Ken and were told there are always additional costs above a quote and it's just the nature of the business. We disagreed and explained a quote is a quote. If the job costs more or took more time than you quoted, that's on the the shop (you) especially when there has been no indication of additional costs. Not an additional charge to your customer because you don't know how to quote your time and materials for a job. The bill was revised slightly but was still thousands more than we were initially told or agreed to. No increase on the cost was communicated with us during the work nor were we told a bill had been mailed.

I can hold my head high here in the mountains of northern Montana. I have a Meyer snowplow for my F250 Ford. Horizon Truck and Body in Lethbridge, Alberta performed the task of mating the blade and hydraulics to the frame and installing the electrical circuits. This is not a task for amateurs. I chose this company partly for their expertise in fabrication and modification of large trucks. Should a problem have arisen with the fitment of the receiver, I have no doubt they would have found a workaround. I would have no reservations in recommending Horizon. From sales to reception and technicians….a first rate outfit. It was a great experience. I had my slide in camper for the time I spent in Lethbridge. The plow was transported back on a trailer and my neighbor using his Bobcat toolcart with forklift got the 800 pounds of plow back onto terra firma. Also, getting the unit back across the border was quite simple….no duty on plows….just needed to confirm country of manufacture as noted on plow. Now, if it would just snow.
