The guys were super friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. The problem I had was on arrival to drop my snowmobile off to get worked on I was told that they would do a 1 hour diagnosis for 120 dollars and then they call and discuss what they have found and if you would like to continue from there. They stated that it would take a day or two to get to the sled. Two days after dropping the sled off I received a text with the work order. I went in that day to discuss my options, after deciding to take my sled and do the work myself they informed me that I owed 688 for the diagnosis. I stated that I never received a call after the first hour and I should only be charged the 120. They said they were already giving me a discount on the diagnosis and that they put over 9 hours into it. So in order to get my sled back I paid the 688. Wasn’t impressed.

Very happy with costumer service. BUT I was gonna purchase Stihl ( almost 60cc) chainsaw and they would like to charge me 30 bucks for PDI FEE... Express equipment out of yyc has exactly same fee 5, Forest garden lawn equipment 8 on exactly same chainsaw. So got exactly same deal on 60cc stihl chainsaw at Picture Butte with NO FEE (Tax extra only). yes, they will set up and fuel up saw for you. unfortunately you lost costumer,only because some hungry fee
