We are super pleased with our hot springs hot tub. It has been great family time. Throughout the whole process, including set up, Stefanie and the backyard leisure crew have been wonderful to deal with. I am most impressed with the after purchase care. They are always helpful, positive and supportive with any questions we have and are always quick to respond. Thank you Stefanie :)

A massive shout out to Ty Foreman, Brad, TJ and the rest of the team at Beachcomber Hot Tubs & Patio in Lethbridge for their world class customer service. My wife and I purchased a hot tub almost 2 years ago and unfortunately there was a defect inside the tub that was not repairable. Ty reached out to the factory and together, they decided to replace the hot tub. They removed the old tub and installed the new tub within 3 hours. The entire sales process from start to finish, along with the warranty process has been flawless and top notch. If you are in the market for a hot tub, you will have a great experience at Beachcomber. To top it off, we received 2 beach towels and wine glasses for the inconvenience (which it wasn't). This is place to go if you are in the market for a hot tub. Everyone made sure to accommodate our wishes and budget and got us soaking as soon as possible. Install went flawlessly and customer satisfaction was ensured after the tub was delivered and installed. From the sales staff to install crew to customer care they have been top notch. Would recommend!
I love coming into this store. You’re always greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. They have excellent selection and very top of the line products. The patio gear we have from here is unbelievable and is a quality I didn’t even know existed. I highly recommend stopping in and checking them out!
Great place to buy a new or reconditioned hot tub. they came out and installed it for us. Steve was great to deal with and made sure that everything was working 100% before he left. They have made customers for life.
Backyard Leisure has been great. We have a 20 year old hot tub that has been having issues. They have provided great service and gone above and beyond to help correct the issues. Everyone at Backyard Leisure has been fantastic!
