I would give it NO stars if K could. I placed the order in May, payed extra for shipping. We are in September and still no uniform. I’ve called, emailed and left voice messages. Admiration does not answer nor takes the time to respond . Very poor customer service

Does anyone think it is business fraud? I ordered the uniforms back to May and have received nothing. Why did the school board work with this company? Maybe the school board should do something (refund all payments? find other suppliers to provide the uniforms in short time?) Parents, do you think we should get together to sue this company and school boards and schools?
Had a great experience with Carole. She went above and beyond to help me out with my last minute shopping for uniforms and supported me thru this all. She even made sure i was registered online and took care of all my ordering. When you go...ask for Carole!
I just heard that Le Loft closed...really nice! I was still waiting for 3 pants for my son....I paid for them. Le Loft shame on you! You took my money and ran off...and I am stuck with no pants for my son. Thanks alot!
If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Worst customer service ever!! Counting the time that I no longer have to deal with them for uniforms. Now 2 Saturdays in a row I go to the store to pick up something and they have a paper stuck on the door that they're closed. No one EVER answers the phone nor return messages. Forget ordering from their website or consulting it, it's under "maintenance", its been 3 weeks now! Hate that we have no choice but to deal with this horrible company because our school chose it. Won't be surprised if I hear down the road that they've gone out of business.
Worse customer service ever!!! They are thieves!! Ordered my sons school uniform in July and still have not received my order in full. We have gone there numerous times, called, no one is ever there or answers the phone. I paid in full and extra for shipping to my house and still have to deal with this and we are almost November! Unacceptable!!
If I could offer a negative star review I would. This company does NOTHING right. Goods are ordered and partially received, even though you pay for it in FULL up front. You don't know when the balance is coming because THEY don't know. It is now Oct 3rd and my kid still doesn't have key uniform items, even though I placed my order months ago. They NEVER answer their phone, they NEVER call back (I have left 4 messages). I have been trying to reach someone for over 7 weeks. The quality of the merchandise is terrible. Stiff fabrics, pilling tunics (after 3 washes), ridiculously oversized so you are going back and forth to store to exchange. And speaking of store the wait time there is non-sensical. First weekend after school started they had 2 people working the service desk. I mean, someone needs a 101 course in scheduling. Like I said, NOTHING right!
They are in the news. Apparently they are going bankrupt. They have stolen thousands of dollars from hard working parents.
