Good quality produce but very expensive. Staff doesn't tend to be very knowledgeable or helpful. I would guess they should be paid more. Not the best grocery store from making things from scratch. They are missing lots of baking and culinary ingredients for such a big place.
Upd I am a regular customer of the store and today my husband had a birthday. We all had a lot of work during the day, so we could only go to our favorite store in the evening. One of the cashiers was very upset. In a rude tone, she explained that there can be only one person from the family, she asked with disdain for the method of payment. We may have missed new rule changes, we all have a pretty hard time in these times. You could politely say about it, as does the entire permanent staff of the store. I always prefer to shop in "5 seasons" as the staff are always friendly, but tonight we were all extremely surprised by the customer service. In any case, I hope the administration will treat the situation with understanding and talk to the staff again. I wish everyone patience and mutual understanding during this difficult period.
One of the staff was rude to my mother because we spoke when doing groceries here last week. We used to go here all the time, I refuse to go here anymore because of how that employee made my Mom feel that day. Apologies from management can't excuse such actions.
Great grocery shop. Lots of gourmet products fresh veggies and fruits. Amazing meat and fish quality and selection. Smaller size!
