Excellent and very effective service from both Sean and Dave. They both respond to emails quickly, almost instantly. Purchased a Chaparral towards the end of September which will only get delivered in Spring 2021. October lake test was amazing and very informative! The owner, Sean, clearly knows his business. Just take a quick look at his videos on YouTube. These videos will tell you everything you need to know about boating/purchasing a boat. Overall, I am very happy with Lens Cove and I hope everything will go as smoothly with the delivery in April/May 2021. This is clearly going to be one of the longest winter of my life .

My cottage is a 2.5 hour drive from Lens Cove Marina, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They made the used boat buying experience not only easy, but educational; I especially appreciated the on-line advice videos. There is a happy supportive vibe here. When I had a small issue with my new craft, they were available on line and walked be thru it. I love the availability of a “Boat Coach” post purchase, who got my boat started remotely when I couldn’t. All in all, Lens Cove is the ONLY place for all your boating needs!

Superb service from the owner himself. The whole team seem to understand that buying a boat, regardless of its value, is a significant expense, and moment, for any family, and they give you their best efforts, no matter what. We bought a pontoon boat but were treated like we were buying a luxury yacht. The negotiations was simple and straight forward; they simply made us an offer we couldn’t refuse and gave us an excellent price for our trade. We bought in late August so they expedited the transaction in order to get us on the water while there was still time left in the season to enjoy our ride.
