The Leisure pools team is hands down the best team we have ever worked with. Paul, Leanne, Heather, Sergio and the rest of the team have never ceased to help us and try to the best of their abilities to make things happen. They offer lots of support and go above and beyond with their customer's service.

Leisure Pools is a fantastic company!! They went above and beyond for me and my family with our pool installation this week!! Carlo is fantastic and knows his stuff and Paul is a class act. They removed a bin of old and cracked concrete and another full bin of dead trees before they even started digging my pool!! Paul was even nice enough to came out with his Drone to record the crane lifting our pool above our house!! My children were so happy!! I'd suggest a little patience with any Pool installation. The weather can often delay construction and although these guys try their best, they can't control everything. I have already referred them to my best friend and now my neighbor with many more on the way.. I went with the Limitless 30 and Hayward Automation system. It is worth every penny.
Leisure Pools Canada were very helpful and professional the whole way through our experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you Heather, Sergio, Paul and team for the great experience.
Don't believe anything that you're told with regards to warranty on gel coat finish. Colour will start to fade within 3-4 years. They can't even provide paint for Australian blue colour pools they sold some years ago. Apparently they no longer produce the colour? So where's the warranty if you can't even get paint for repairs?
The location has changed to the improve centerc and it is amazing !!
