Was not impressed at all. We made an appointment to see trailers. We searched their inventory and found 5 trailer that we would like to look at. We got looked at like we had 3 heads and told they where all sold. So that is fine. When he went and checked inventory find that 2 on our list where in fact not sold. He showed us those trailers. Since the tip out was not out when we went in there was no way to see the trailer when you walked in the door. At that point I would think the salesman would remove the table so we could look at the entire trailer but I had to remove the table myself so we could walk in to look. He seemed annoyed when my husband asked questions. He told us that he was going to go ask the manager on some other trailers we might be interested in. We walked into the sales room to find he was talking to other people not interested in us at all. Not happy with our experience.

Great RV centre. We've just started shopping for a trailer and visited three RV centres today. Leisure days was the best experience by far. They had plenty of inventory for us to look at, all the trailers were unlocked so we were able to walk the lot and examine them without any salesman following us or pressuring us. Trailers were all laid out from left to right from least expensive to most expensive made it very easy for us to look at the trailers and identify what we liked. Sales consultant, Pedro Blanco was most helpful.

Buyer/Renter Beware! They're slick and quick to get you to sign on the dotted line but don't trust a word they say. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! We rented a 32' RV for a trip to Alabama and took care of this baby as though we owned it. We were told that any maintenance cost would be reimbursed (oil was the example they gave us) \just keep the receipt.\ We did need to add a quart of oil and unfortunately a new tire after a collision with a deer in Kentucky. Not only was roadside assistance completely useless and no help whatsoever but Leisure Days basically ghosted our calls and left us (3000km away) to fend for ourselves. No problem though as we are totally capable, found a tire place, had the tire replaced and returned the RV in on time even though we were forced to spend an extra night. As we returned the RV the overly nice lady assured us everything was okay and we would be reimbursed for the tire and oil but a few days later we found out this was not the case. No reimbursement, they keep the 2000 deposit, and the new tire. Unfortunate experience as we have rented from other companies in the past and they always were true to their word. I would suggest to shop around.
