Unfortunately Lee Valley has an amateur website that re-submitted my form when my browser restarted for an update. Like so many others I have tabs and carts open for days while I do my christmas shopping. When I saw the extremely overpriced 150 saw was doubled on my receipt I immediately called them (within about 3 minutes of hitting submit). I was put through to someone at the help desk who assured me one item would be refunded and I would be receiving a call back to confirm. I did not get the call back and did not get the refund... instead the package arrived with both saws.
Service was great the sales lady was beyond helpful, store well stocked, except for what I needed,
This place is where you get Christmas presents for adults. Toys for adults! I love this store. I always have to go with my wife or else I will spend all my money.
