Have been a customer for 3 years . My son is taking his time with potty training. :) After 2 1/2 years, diapers are free! Just need to pay the delivery fee, which is only about 3. One thing that I found using the cloth diapers - we never really had any major accidents because the diaper caught most of the mess and any leaks were contained by the diaper cover. Most "blowouts" happened when we were using disposables while travelling. Taking one star off because I felt communication could use improvement at times. For instance, they changed delivery days without notifying me once, and I had to follow up. It's a small company and they are busy, so it is understandable. Ultimately, the convenience of the service and overall experience has been good. I am pregnant and will use Happy Nappy again when the new baby arrives.

I have used Happy Nappy for almost two years. It has been great. It was very important to us to keep diapers out of the landfill, but I did not look forward to cleaning all those cloth diapers myself. Prior to my son being born, I found Happy Nappy and have been very happy with the service. Clean diapers are delivered every week, and all I have to do it put out the dirty ones for pick up-no pre-washing or anything required. The product has been great and as there are many sizes, we have been able to keep our son in cloth diapers. Brent has been great at providing me with different sizes and inserts to try as my son has grown. Brent always responds in a timely manner when I need to contact him. Aside from being cost effective, an extra added bonus is that my son loves to see the pink truck deliver the diapers every week!
I cannot recommend Happy Nappy enough. They were easy to work with, extremely accommodating in my rather unique circumstances and resolved any and all issues I had super quickly. They never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or like I was bothering them if I had questions or encountered an issue(which was MAYBE twice over almost 4 years). Honestly, one of the best companies I have worked with, and even willing to answer questions not necessarily related to diaper concerns. If I have more children, I will absolutely be using Happy Nappy again.
My experience with Happy Nappy was positive. The product worked well, the delivery service was excellent, staff were great communicators, and the most difficult part of using cloth diapers (cleaning) was taken care of. I'm environmentally conscious so Happy Nappy ticked all the right boxes. My neighbors loved seeing the pink delivery truck every week!
I absolutely loved this service. It allowed me to use cloth diapers without having to worry about the cleaning. Each week I would put the diapers out and receive new ones. It was incredibly easy and cost efficient. When I set up my services initially, I had missed the delivery day and Brent delivered the diapers personally so I could start using them right away. I was highly recommend using this service. It couldn't get any easier than this!
We used Happy Nappy for two years. In my opinion, it made cloth diapering a lot easier to have someone else look after washing and sanitizing them! We had a good experience arranging things with the team when needed, and were happy to be able to support a local business that helps keep diapers out of the landfill and protect the environment :-)
Our experience with Happy Nappy started out great, but as soon as our son was born the problems started. Our initial delivery was only enough diapers for 4 days with a new born (we were given less than 10 a day to get through the week) - so we had to run to the store and buy disposables half way through the week. The next week we requested more - and ran out within 5 days. Since our delivery day is Tuesday we were out of luck over the weekend until Monday night - we had to call and email several times to receive a response from the owner to get more diapers. Since then we have phoned and emailed numerous times trying to discuss the lack of response and what will happen in the future and the owner will not return our calls or respond to our emails. The billing system is flawed and we were charged weekly after already paying in advance for the first month, and had to request a refund twice (again - through multiple phone calls and emails) before we were refunded for the over billing. If you have any troubles with this service you are on your own. We are very disappointed as we would really like to continue with cloth diapers but we are at the point where we have had to put a stop payment on our account because the owner wont even respond to us over 2 weeks now to either resolve the issues (and then set up a contract) or cancel our service.
I used this service for both my children. Very convenient for those wanting to try cloth diapers but concerned about cleaning. Brent was very personable and responsive. No complaints in delivery of service and they were quick to accommodate any last minute requests for additional diapers or a change in size (etc). I preferred to use my own covers. I have friends who used this service up until potty training age but I found cloth diapers did not work as well for my family 6-8 months...but this is personal preference and does not reflect performance of the company.
