We have moved to Montreal from Toronto recently and were uneasy about finding a new dealer to take care of our Outback. We had reached out to another dealer closer to home, but they never returned our call. We called Subaru de Laval for service work and they booked us in right away. Being in the automobile service industry for many years, I was finally on the other side of the desk. The service department operated like clockwork and just sitting and watching the team work while they interacted with each other, was reassuring I found the right dealer. Work performed perfectly and the experience was great. Thanks to the team in service.

Very good reception. Sales rep Guylain Chiasson was superb. Answered all my questions and more. Gave me info not.on the web site in order to dispel uncertainties and help me make a more enlightened purchase.
The service I received from the very first time I brought my new car at Subaru Laval was exceptional, and it has remained so for the past 2 years...The treatment I receive and service continues to be exceptional. Any time I may have had a concern or query, I was always dealt with with a high-level of respect. And professionalism and competence of the staff comes thru, especially from Olivier Houle my usual advisor, who treats me like a long-time friend. I had been a long-time Toyota owner, for they of course known for being cars that had always given me peace-of-mind due to great reliability. Moving to a new brand was a concern for me, but I really like my 2019 WRX. Looking forward to many more quality service dealings with this team. At this point, I would frankly trust my car to no one other than the Subaru Laval tech team. Chapeau a vous tous! Merci!

-1 star abysmal experience. Will be posting reasons why shortly in a fact based manner. Important to note, Subaru Laval tries to censor any criticism of their dealership and it comes off as pathetic.
