I ordered our pool right before the covid quarantine began and very happy by the service overall. You do need to call and make sure everything is well organized but as soon as they are in, the pool was completed within a couple of days. Highly recommend you speak to Martin when you go in for the purchase and Pierre Viau made us feel at ease with the process. Thanks again!

I have been shopping around since 2008, I’ve tried Trevor, club piscine and other Pool companies, Fibro, by far is the best, in service, recommendation and quality, they will NOT over sell you, it’s a family business that has been running for many many years, the owners get involved in everything , which makes me feel safe and taken care, you will not regret a visit if you’re shopping for a pool, I highly, extremely recommend to give them a visit.

Fibro definitely has a great product and showroom. The sales person we dealt with was also very nice, helpful and informative (Pierre). He took the time to explain their products and the rules for a pool in our area. I would say he went above and beyong. Unfortunately, Fibro's after-sales service is poor. What was supposed to be a 2 week wait for a designer to come to our home, ended up being a wait of over 2 months. I understand due to the pandemic and closure, process was delayed, but let the client know, keep us in the know! We had to follow-up with the designer multiple times, which was really disappointing. I have now been waiting days for someone to call me back to give me a refund on my deposit - since we're unable to get this pre-fab pool. Apparently, customers in the showroom looking to buy a pool, are more important than customers who need a refund...
