Excellent online retailer! Fast shipping, everything was well packaged, and I received exactly what I ordered. Their Oberson-branded ski and boot bags are gorgeous, spacious, and well designed, and I love the teal and grey colour combo!

Just bought a board there and I absolutely loved it, great sales, good quality, they have everything. I talked with experts in snowboard and other outdoor equipment and they were super friendly and helpful, I greatly recomend this location for any ski/snowboard purchase. My store of choice
I placed an order online for Ski Accessories (neck warmers, socks and a hat) and a few Ski Boot Bags to help get us (and all our equipment) organized. I found they had a great selection and everything shipped very quickly. Very happy with my purchase!
Would have been 5 stars if not for the bizarre customer service... Overall the staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I went with my boyfriend and my best friend and she and I were utterly shocked at the fact that 2/3 of the staff only spoke to him!! The moment he reappeared by our side, we would automatically fade into the background. Even when I was being fitted for MY boots, they were asking him how they fit ME! When my best friend and I went upstairs to pick out goggles and a helmet, we were only given 1 option...as you might have guessed, my bf came up and was given a wider selection (for reference we all took a size Medium helmet so it wasn't for a lack of availability). It gets worse, the manager of the pro shop yelled at us when we went to pick up the 3 pairs of skis and ski boots from their fitting. Why you may ask? Because we asked him which one was whose. I'll end this review on a good note: Emilie was a dream! So helpful in every single way! She works in the clothing department and I 10/10 recommend her! She treated all 3 of us with the same respect and gave us equal attention when it was our turn. PSA to the Oberson team: treat all your clients equally please.
Amazing store. Great prices and amazing customer service . Everyone was very nice and helpful and respectful of the Covid 19 rules. Their staff is very polite and sweet and they deserve a raise.
