They did not offer to replace it they offered to sell me another one!Bought a pendant lamp was given the wrong hardware with it. Lamp shade extremely brittle which broke simply by taking out of the box. I had to assume the full cost all they could offer was a new lamp shade at a cost of 110 additionally (I had bought the original entire lamp&fixture for 124) and I live 2 hours away. Was told the hardware /cap was not supposed to "fit" on the lamp shade ??Do not recommend

Ont as fait de multiple place avant et c’est là qu’ont as trouvé les plus belles lampes. Ils ont des produits de designers mais les prix sont très raisonnables.
