I know someone that is at the LaSalle, Ontario Location. The rooms havent been cleaned properly in 4 weeks at best. Cold food, dietary needs are not met, SOME rude management, etc. I understand the circumstances but why do the elders need to suffer in unsanitary conditions because of excuses from the staff. I guess 4200 a month doesn't cover enough. Absolutely bs
