Hate to write bad reviews! Waited 2 weeks for rep to come to quote railings. Received quote one week later. Accepted quote and tried to contact rep to place deposit. Multiple requests ignored for the last 2weeks. Got hold of rep this morning and he told us to try elsewhere. One month has passed to be told this. Customer service is appalling.
