I have been coming to Willoughby Town Centre Dental for 4 years now and highly recommend this dental office. Prior to becoming a patient here, I avoided going to the dentist for several years due to an intense fear of needles and dental procedures. Dr. Kumar is incredibly kind, patient and considerate. He is friendly and laid back, while still being extremely professional. He is very good at explaining things without being condescending, and involves you in every step of your care. I no longer experience anxiety around about going to the dentist because I know I am in extremely capable hands! The dental hygienist, Alex, is also always a pleasure to interact with. Her bright and friendly personality always make my visits enjoyable :)

I cannot say enough good things about Willoughby Town Centre Dental. I have had some extremely bad experiences in dental chairs over the years and WTC Dental has changed all of that for me. I explained that I'm nervous and stressed, and they have been so lovely and caring at each appointment. I no longer have anxiety about going for my dental work. My Husband and three kids are experiencing exactly the same care. Also their Covid-19 protocols are excellent and make me feel very safe visiting their office. Go see them, you will not be disappointed!

Highly recommend this office! I had Moon for my cleaning and he was great. Very professional, all the staff is very friendly and they always keep you informed on what they are doing. Coming from someone who doesn’t enjoy the dentist, they have made the experience more enjoyable.

Amazing office!! Reception was very friendly and helpful with all insurance questions I had! The back staff made me feel very comfortable while getting treatment done. Will definitely recommend this office for my family and friends! :)

I have always found the reception team to be very organized, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with - whether it be over the phone, via email, or in person. My chair experience has been equally as positive - detail oriented with gentle suggestions on how to make my visits easier.
