I ordered the Angel Armor Truth series after speaking with Katie and Mark and I was made to feel like a VIP. Katie communicated with me by phone and e-mail to ensure I was happy. When I went to pick up the system, everyone was happy to see me. I felt like I was visiting friends. Katie demonstrated it first, and then installed it in my vest for me. She then followed up to see how it was fitting...and it fits great! I feel so much more re-assured having such robust protection for my duties. I can't remember any business, ever, providing better and friendlier service. I would recommend then to anyone. Thanks Sigma Safety, and Katie and Mark! I can wear this Angel Armor all day...every day on duty and it feels so good to protect myself as best I can...All thanks to you!
I've made a few different purchases from Sigma including Troy Products vehicle parts and Armour Express body armour. The Troy Products were quick to order and receive and Mark was extremely helpful with explaining the installation (I did it myself) and helped me out when I needed to slightly modify the parts. I purchased my Armour Express soft body armour with the help of Katie. I'm in Ontario and they are in BC; she helped walk me through the sizing, pricing options, armour carrier options, as well as keeping me updated with regards to the progress of the manufacturing and shipping of the SBA panels. Overall it was an extremely efficient experience and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
Great transaction! Katie and Mark provided excellent customer service all along the way and made sure the purchase was exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend buying from Sigma Safety.
