In addition to having wonderful products, the customer service is beyond spectacular! We found out about Pretty Warm Designs shortly before LYS Day, and Janet took and packed the pins and stitch markers over the Labor Day weekend and dispatched the order with expedited delivery at her own expense. It arrived in plenty of time for the event, and a few hours after setting out the display, one customer alone bought 10 pins. I can’t wait recommend Pretty Warm Designs enough.
