Our hot water tank went Sunday night. After searching through Google reviews for plumbers in Langley we decided on Willowbrook Plumbing (best reviews). I called Willowbrook Plumbing at 8am, Monday morning. Gary answered the phone and was very polite & professional. He asked thoughtful questions and asked me to send photos of our current tank to ensure we would get the best fit. He was at our house with a new tank in less than 1 hour. He wore a covid mask, took his shoes off, and used drop sheets and cardboard to protect our floors & carpets. He explained & showed the work he was doing and was open to questions throughout. He was done before 11am, having also replaced the main shut off valve that had corroded. His work was clean & precise. His fees were very reasonable. If you are looking for an honest, professional plumber, I would highly recommend Gary at Willowbrook Plumbing.

The undermount sink in our kitchen was not installed correctly when our place was built, and so we needed to have it removed and reinstalled. Willowbrook Plumbing took care of it for us and did an excellent job! They also took care of some minor maintenance in bathrooms, etc. and all of the work was great. They were on time and communicated very well. I would hire them again for sure. Thank you!
Our hot water tank died Friday evening around 6:30pm. By 8pm that evening I had heard from Gary who took the details of what we needed and confirmed he had a tank he could install if wanted. He was clear about the price for weekend work which was very fair. He arrived Saturday morning as promised and did an excellent job of installing a new hot water tank. He noticed we also needed our main water shut off changed due to corroding and walked us through getting that done. He will be back later this week to finish that. Wonderful old fashioned service!
Had my hotwater tank replaced and they went the extra mile with the details. pointed out somethings i was not aware of, very friendly and informative. extremely happy with their service.
Came in a short time frame, repaired furnace and installed a tap, at a cost of just under 300 for the tap alone. Did the job relatively well and within a few hours. Had given this company a 4 star rating, up until about a week ago, on Sunday morning, after a year no less, the plumber called and wanted a 5 star rating and wanted to know what he could do to make me give him a 5 star rating. Just based on that, I'm lowering my rating. They did the job, which cost 700 for replacing a part on the furnace and put a new tap in, and a year later they phone to badger someone into using their rating, on a Sunday morning no less, that just soured me on them completely. They may be different with other people they've worked for but I doubt that I would hire them again.
