Our company did not have a pleasant experience with Westcoast Plastic. Honestly and reliability are important when building a business relationship. This company lacks it. I am shocked the leadership doesn't step in, clearly this type of experience has been pointed out in previous google reviews.
Difficult to deal with - have tried phoning, emailing and the online request on their website. I will give them another star if they ever actually come to pick up the plastic recycling at my business.
Great business with friendly staff. The guys there will help to educate you on recycling and if there's something they can't recycle for some reason, they'll make the effort to help you find the right choice. Pick up service is extremely helpful too!
I wish I could of given no stars, because the so called manager or (I hope that wasn't the owner) needs to learn how to treat people with RESPECT at there Richmond location... I feel so sorry for the staff there and after horrible 2 hours there delivering there, I needed a shower to wash away that experience I had with him and with Westcoast Plastics.... GOOD LUCK with this company!!!!
