Summary: undependable and irresponsible. If I could give negative stars I would. I set up a meeting with Amar at my venue. I drove out there and she was late so I called her twice. The second time she picked up and told me our meeting \completely slipper her mind\ and she was in Whistler. How embarrassing to arrange the venue visit time with the people who run the venue and then have my venue to have my vendors not show up. Waste of our time and my gas. If you can't show up for a meeting we can't depend on you for a wedding. She then said she would call me in 2 hours to reschedule. I wouldn't have gone with them after they proved to be so undependable. BUT the thing is she never called back! A completely irresponsible company who I would not trust to be reliable or depandable for any event, especially not a wedding.

I hired universal tents for my wedding, they were difficult to meet with that should have been the first red flag. However it wasn't and I went ahead and hired them. On the week of the wedding they delivered only some of the items, we had to go get the other items on the day of the event (because there wasn't already enough to do that day.) I had asked for chandeliers and got old light fixtures and had asked for a framed tent with the draping as shown in the pictures Amar had shown during the consultation, they provided me with a tent with no draping. When I called Amar to ask her about the missing items she was very rude and told me that I was wrong and they were out of draping so they will not be providing it. Amar was very rude and had no sense of customer service. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with universal tents and book with someone else
it was amazing! I rented them out for my daughters sweet 16 and they did an amazing job setting up and taking it down. I then forwarded their contact info to my clients who were really impressed with the decor!
I USED THEM EVERY YEAR FOR MY CORPORATE EVENT IN SURREY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE OWNER JESSE IS A NICE GUY. VERY ACCOMMODATING. AS FAR AS I CAN TELL THEY'RE PRICES ARE PRETTY GOOD.
