The owners of this place should know that If you are going to charge for a service... you should at the bare minimum have your employees offer quality customer service. On behalf of my wife: We had our infant son's 1st flu shot done at a Public Health Unit. After unsuccessfully scheduling an appointment at a PHU for his follow up booster before the 28 day deadline, we were referred to the immunization directory by our PBU nurse- which brought us to this place. After scheduling an appointement, we were told to wait for an e-mail with a questionairre. We never got it. It was blamed on an unkown error in their mail delivery system. I include that part of the story because it sets a precedent in how this place is run behind the scenes. I'll preface the reason for this review by saying that I wasn't aware that I'd have to pay for my infant's booster- No biggy at all. Paying for a service is not an issue. The reason for this review is when I told the receptionist that I didn't know I had to pay a vaccination fee she spoke in such a condescending way, like I was some kind of idiot for not knowing it was a privately owned company- Telling me that I was wrong to suggest that the person who scheduled my appointment didn't tell me they weren't part of PHU, let alone that there would be a vaccination fee. Her patronizing tone is not what I expect from an establishment that charges a fee for something that can so easily be found elsewhere for free. Awful customer service. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this place. Our family and friends wont be using their services again.

Seriously don't believe the bad reviews, the nurse i saw was spectacular She explained what the vaccine did and was calm and supportive the whole visit
The receptionists are friendly but the nurse is not. Asked her simple questions about the tuberculosis test and she didn’t seem to like it. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but went back again for the results of the tb test and she was unfriendly yet again. I’d rather drive farther to another location than come back here and be talked rude to.
Had two weeks before my trip. Talked to family doctor was it was in available prior to my trip. Was given there number. This is when things went wrong. They cancelled my appointment a day before. Had to cancel work for another day. Was 10 minutes late and was it was as if the world had ended. Went to shoppers drug mart the pharmacist was able to help me right away. Don't bother going here. The address isn't even right
DO NOT GO HERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I question the certification of the woman who gives the injections. Before inserting the needle in me, I noticed that she was not wearing gloves so I asked her why she didn't have any on. Her response was that she had a previous mistake on a patient because of lack of dexterity while wearing gloves. Customer service at the front desk is also very unfriendly. Please, for your own health, go to a different clinic.
