Master Ang runs a very fun and structured class! Our 7 & 9 year olds love SHD! It’s very reasonably priced and has great hours for classes.

I really enjoyed the classes here, the instruction is really good and the atmosphere is really positive. I really enjoy the adult classes because they are challenging, fun and a good workout! I also take some of the Family Mix classes and its fun to train with kids too. The Instructors know just how much to push the kids so they do there very best and they look like they are having so much fun! The children classes though fun are very structured and disciplined and the children know when it's time to have a little bit of fun and when it's time to work hard and concentrate. I would recommend Sun Hang Do for all ages!

I started Sun Hang Do when I was 7 years old. I am continually learning and improving all the time. I think Sun Hang Do is great no matter how young or old you are! All the people at Sun Hang Do are really nice and care about your training and progress! I love Sun Hang Do and would recommend it for everyone to come and give it a try!! :)

My son loves these classes. They are well organized, fun, energetic, and filled with lots of action! It's a great place for kids to go to learn discipline, self control and have a great time doing it. I highly recommend it!

I didn't know what Sun Hang Do is, so I walked in to check it out. That was four years ago I been with Sun Hang Do ever since it is a awesome experience. This is a all complete martial art for regular members and new members all you seek in martial arts is here. As a person you see changes in yourself and that is the key result.

My teenage daughter just completed her first year at Langley Sun Hang Do and she loves it it so much we just enrolled her for another year. She has made friends, gained confidence and learned much about martial arts. It amazed me that within just a few months, she could break a wooden board with her own hands! I highly recommend SHD!

master ben ang has an amazing way with children, teens, and adults. he always finds ways to make training both fun, and exciting. I have trained under master ang for many years, and enjoy his high energy teaching style as much now as I did the very first time I participated in his class.
