Where do I begin, the service at the sleep shop was fantastic. Sharon the sales rep was fantastic not pushy and was very accommodating to my budget (I'm a university student). My boyfriend and I felt comfortable and informed on my purchase and the promised delivery was right on time; the delivery men were also excellent. Three months later were still love our a beautiful medium memory foam mattress. Would shop here again for pillows as well.

From navigating the website, to the online support service, purchase, and then entering the store to pick up my item- the service was seamless, so wonderfully real and pleasant, and Sharon (the rep at the store) was amazing!! There was no feel of 'pushing sales' - I purchased what I wanted and that was that. That lovely woman even helped me carry the mattress to my car. I will most certainly look to this store for all my future purchases. Thank you so much for the very easy, informative, very human, and truly pleasant shop experience.
We bought our mattress here and the time of purchase the customer service was great, but after that it all went downhill. We bought it on a weekend and the sales woman wasn't sure how long it would take to arrive. Nobody followed up with us to let us know, I had to call to find out how long. Then after waiting a couple weeks, I call again to get an update. Well it was a good thing I did call cuz it was scheduled to be delivered in 2 days. Good thing I work from home, otherwise there was no way someone could be home on time. On the delivery day I was here for the entire 4 hour 'delivery' time frame and nobody showed up and again no call. I call the store only to find out the truck was 'delayed' and would be there soon, without an apology. The delivery finally showed up almost an hour after the 4 hour time window. The delivery people were the only ones who ever said sorry for being late, which I appreciated. The delivery people were very nice even though I'm sure they knew I was mad. A little common courtesy goes along way. Communication/customer service after purchase was horrible and we will definitely go elsewhere for future purchases.
