The double charged my elderly mother on her credit card. When her bank brought it to her attention, she went to shoppers to have it rectified. The assistant manager said it would sort itself out. I'm very displeased they would double charge an old lady to the tune of 200 dollars and then give her the excuse it would sort itself out. We are pursuing legal action against them if it's not rectified by the end of the week.

I honestly can't say enough nice things about the folks who work at this store. I've been coming here for a few years now and although they can get pretty busy in the pharmacy they have always been so nice and respectful. It can be frustrating when your going through some health issues and to be fair my doctor doesn't always get my prescription right the first time but the pharmacists and staff have always gone out of their way to help as much as they can. Seriously if any of you reading this work there, Thank you.
Consistently the slowest prescription refill I have ever encountered on a number of occasions. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere after many years. Management should hire more people. They have had plenty of time to streamline their system.
Never had a good experience. The staff have a lack of communication between them and turn into a deer in the headlights when asked a simple question. The ladies at the post office literally want nothing to do with you and will legit ignore you even if you are the only one there. I truly hate this company. This particular location is the worst.
