My kid and I love tanks so we decided to buy one. I called the store to enquire about different tank models and spoke with an associate name “Daryl”. Daryl provided me all pros and cons about RC tanks and model tanks. While on the phone he enquired from his distribution without placing me on hold and performed multitasking by answering all my question while on the line with the distributor. Daryl is very enthusiasts and knowledgeable about RC stuff. He placed my order and I can’t wait to pick up my tank which will be arriving soon in few days. Good job Daryl. Cheers

Great service great people. They educated me on the batteries I run in my Traxxas slash. They have the best line of parts and seem to always have the right parts on hand.
First time at this store. Just recently got back into RC cars with my son. The wait was understandable as the staff was serving customers outside and they had to go back and forth into the store to get items or check if they had items and then come back out to the customer. It certainly isn’t convenient for staff or customers but it is what it is at this time. I am glad to see that they were following good cleaning protocols and social distancing. Really appreciate it. I got most of what I needed. Most RC stores I have been in now seem to have the same problem of getting inventory in so it is not any fault of the store. the shop had plenty of free parking, was easy to access. For anyone looking for this place and it’s their first time, You have to walk into the inside square (?) To see the shop. Can’t wait till the time comes when the store is open for customers can come in and get a chance to browse. But overall I was happy with my experience.
Always get great service. Go there for parts or to order parts, and when my parts come in I get a text telling me my parts are in. Super awesome!!
I rely on RC Pitstop for parts and advice. Excellent and helpful staff Justin, Amy Wes couldn't continue rc cars without ya cheers!
