The worst supervisor in this company with no people and customer service skills. I bought couch’s from this company and the delivery drivers damaged these couch’s. Went back to get new couch’s replaced after 4 days. Instead blamed me and the apartment building for having small doors. Save your money and don’t step foot or buy from this company.

We walked into and purchased a sectional. Sales Agent helped us out with what we were looking at a reasonable price. She was amazing. We got it delivered 3 days later. 2 gentleman came. Wore mask and was so very polite. They set my sectional up and took all empty boxes with. Great Service

Pearl’s furniture is a one stop shop with very competitive pricing that helped us with selecting best furnishings for our new home and provided with excellent customer service. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. The products that we purchased are of wonderful quality. They are an absolutely fantastic and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Customer service at the Langley location was good.I have no words as to let future customers know,delivery was a joke! Terrible,unprofessional service,they left our couches in our garage unfortunately they couldn't or to lazy to figure out how to bring it up the stairs. My husband complained to the management and they came back a few hrs later. Still had trouble getting it up and we were blamed for not measuring to see if it would fit,our old couched were bigger and not a big deal to bring them down stairs. Long story short,some major damage done to our walls and they are not responding back. Now that they have our money they don't care,bad customer service!Never will we go back
