New staff need more training on forklift and communication skills. Dunnage was set wrong, load was tilted when loaded on. Had to come back and get a new lift but they made it right. 4 stars, because human errors happen! Thank you!
Has not been the same since Matt left. You should have paid him whatever he wanted because customer service lacks the experience, knowledge and personality that he presented to the customers. Too bad.
Order pickers have been known to take their sweet time, it's a union mentality if you like that sorta thing.
