Yesterday I dropped off my son's skates at around 1:30 pm to get sharpened and was informed that they closed at 5:00 pm and when I returned at 4:05 pm to pick them up they were actually closed. I was very upset that I was given bad information and the worst part is the my son had a practice this morning and the Store is also closed on Monday's. I left a message on their voice mail and about an hour later I received a call form Chris, the owner, and he said that he would meet me at the Store and make sure that I had them for my son's practice. When I showed up, he wasn't upset that he was at the Store on a Sunday evening, but actually genuinely asked how my son was doing and how is season was starting out. I teach Client Service for a living and when Chris offered to find a solution to the situation, I was very impressed. We always get great service from the Team at Levy's and will continue to support their business. Awesome job Chris!

Our family has been going to Levy's for our hockey equipment and skate sharpening for many years as it is convenient and we like to support a local owned and operated company versus the big box stores. We have found the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We would highly recommend them!!
Great customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Bought skates for the first time and Levy did everything he could to make sure I had an outstanding experience, all the while staying within a budget. Without a doubt would come back again!
I went here a few months back looking for a stick. The kids at the counter didn’t even acknowledge I was there until I started a conversation. Once I talked to them I realized they weren’t going to be of any help. Ended up leaving and will never be back.
