Excellent staff with great knowledge and customer service. Came in due to flat foot, and Joseph provided everything I needed to feel comfortable and assured with my running. Answered all questions, was very polite, and the assessment was simple, yet thorough. Joseph did a 3D scan for my future self to save time, which was something small, yet appreciated. Walked out with a pair of off the shelf orthotics to try, a plan of recovery, and a backup plan (custom) just in case. Very satisfied. Thanks a lot Kintech staff!
I have dealt with Kintec now for approx 15 years and always felt the service to be above average. I have worked with Kelsie/Tom/Lindsay and others over the years and been very satisfied with the products and services. On Saturday however, they hit a new high! After a short conversation with Kelsie on the telephone she convinced me we should have a look at my existing orthotics that are just shy of two years old before we have another pair made. I had an appointment with Winnie on Saturday and in the 35-40 minutes I was there, she A) inspected my existing orthotics and checked to see if the fit was still good. B) She identified that I was falling in a little towards the ankle, so she on the spot made the adjustments to my current orthotics. C) Then made sure the fit was still comfortable in my existing shoes. D) Sold me another great pair of Birkenstock's at a great price! E) No charge for the adjustment and kept me a Kintec customer for life! Thank you Kelsie and Winnie!! Work well done and exceptional customer service!
