Very friendly, and knowledgeable with their products. They are considerate and will listen to you and do their best with understanding your needs. Kerrisdale Camera's in Langley is extremely helpful. If they don't have what you are looking for in their store they will go out of their way to track down the product you are looking for or they will lead you to where you can purchase your item. I highly recommend this store for shopping for your camera needs.

I have never had anything short of superb service from Patrick and Nicole. Just went to pick up my new R5 and Patrick even helped carry it to my car. He and Nicole have been fantastic throughout this and every purchase and visit I have ever made to the store. It is always my first choice for photographic supplies and knowledge. Patrick and Nicole should get huge raises!!!

Great customer service. I picked up some photos and had an additional request, regarding some prints. Something I could have done from home. But the associate was super kind and took the time to get it all sorted in store. She really went above and beyond to try and help me. I was blown away with her customer service.
