Been there alots of time but first time buying at the store and the girl that helped us was very nice and even told me how to take care of the shoes in the rainy season because the material does go bad which was helps out alot

Amazing! I always love journey's because they have the best quality and cutest shoes. I went in just to browse and was immediately served by two lovely ladies! They were a huge help and had amazing attitudes! If you go in definetely ask for either Ariana or Desiree! I now have a new pair of black boots that i love thanks to them! They deserve a raise!

Great store! Super helpful staff, they didn’t have what I wanted in stock so they helped me order the proper sizes and ship to my house.
Husband and I went in to look/purchase some shoes. Staff was too busy talking to each other that they didn’t even both with a greeting even though we were the only customers in the store.
