Been buying all our jewelry from Jackie for several years now, highly recommend checking them out. Huge display cabinets with tons of selection, and always new stuff to see when we stop in. Employees make you feel like your apart of a family.
After reading the reviews and coming to this store I understand exactly how the others feel. Also the replies by the owner of the reviews are downright unprofessional. If I ever talked to my clients or replied to reviews in this manner I would hope I got punched in the face and possibly had an epiphany about my actions... The owner is rude, unprofessional and only makes excuses for their actions in their reviews... I find this behavior completely unacceptable... I may not be a psychologist but this kind of attitude towards yourself and others is toxic and will not be tolerated by even the worst kind of people... since everyone at least deserves respect.
Worst service I've ever received shopping in a business EVER!! I was followed around the store by snobby owner who treated me like a junkie off the block ! I wasn't allowed to look at t shirts in the large or xl section cause I was clearly a medium. She then told other customers she was lurking around the cause I was in a certain section of the store. Then I was accused of going into the washroom because she heard the door open . When I wasn't even near a washroom nor was the employee even in the room Never will return even though there is an item there I would like to.purchase Bunch of clowns In this store besides the nice lady at the till with glasses
