Great service, with no hassle and no pressure sales. Very much customer service first business. High quality watches at very comparable prices. We have now purchased few watches here and we will come back. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Amazing service, fairly priced for the services offered. I have dealt with this location a number of times over the past year, each and every time I have been treated more like a friend then just a customer walking off the street. I have several high end watches, none that I have purchased from this retailer, but the care with which I was handled would say otherwise. In the future, when I look to add another watch, I will without a doubt be looking to buy from It's About Time & Jewelry. A step above, not only in service, but products offered; many of which aren't readily available anywhere else in the Lower Mainland. Keep up the great work and take care during these challenging times.

I was referred to this location to have a link taken out of a very rare and collectable watch, one that is irreplaceable. When they offered to help remove it the representative started to take my watch to the back room. When I asked if I could accompany or if they could do it Infront of me they said they were offended and immediately dismissed me. While I Totally understand that this can be seen as a lack of trust on my end. I am also super offended that they didn't even try to offer a solution or even explain the process. Sorry....but trust is earned and you didn't earn it!

Do not bring your high end watch here! They gave my watch to someone else and tried to give me a 100 watch (mine is worth 3200). Either it was a blotched scam, extremely poor organized, or just a brutal mistake. I got it back eventually, still not fixed (they couldn't figure out how to fix a simple strap, and caused damage where they tried too - ever heard of soft tip tools?). All I asked was for an apology, and didn't get that, instead I got a bunch of ego and attitude. You can still apologize if you want. I don't want to believe you tried to scam me, but every time I tell this story that is what everybody concludes. I just hope it was a bad mistake that you were to prideful to admit. A simple sorry would of prevented this review - maybe next time you'll think twice. All the best.

I would not recommend this place at all. My wall clock quit working after I recently moved and I assumed something got wiggled loose at that time. On the phone it was bring your clock in and we will take a look and give you an estimate but at the store it was now 200 just to look at it. When I said that was more than I wanted to pay at this particular time and then started to leave he started yelling at me and continued to do so all the way to the exit door. He was still yelling after I had actually left the store. Not the way to treat a customer at all. I have never been treated so rudely ever and I will never be back!!! Wish I could give it zero stars.
