I had awesome experience sending phone to Philippines. Was in 6 times trying to find correct address to ship to ... issue on my end. The help I received was outstanding. When parcel went out I was called back with update and tracking number. They went way over the top to help me out. Totally respect their efforts. Thank you so much for the great service!

Disgusted by their poor customer service and undue delay of package delivery. They changed my delivery date and time without proper notification/communication of very important package. Representatives over telephone was very evasive and unhelpful. They further refused to refund me after they failed to deliver my package on time?.......next time i'll save myself a lot of grieve and go elsewhere.....................
