Terrible! My cabinets started falling apart after 5 months. They installed boards that they had glued together and ones that were broken then painted white to try to hide. Areas that they installed broken boards caused other areas to start to crack and break because they weren’t supported properly. My garbage can door doesn’t close neither does the lid. When I brought this to Less’s attention he said he wouldn’t fix the cabinets because it was too much work and that “they shouldn’t break anymore”. As for the garbage can he wouldn’t remove it and explained that “the one in the showroom doesn’t close either”. He knew the garbage can didn’t work with his cabinets but still sold it to me. My island is not secure and it can be wobble and shakes when you walk past it. All the bumpers for the soft close doors were not even glued on and have all fallen off. DO NOT USE THEM! Less would not respond to my texts or calls about these problems. He only came by after I saw him at a neighbours doing an install and confronted him in front of his co workers. (Please note that this review was originally posted at the end of August before the suspicious 5 reviews that were posted all a few weeks after mine. All other reviews were done a year ago or longer. I accidentally deleted it when I wanted to share my photos.)

I have used Dream Kitchens many times for both residential and commercial installations. The work has always been high quality and the installations are well done. There have been minimal deficiencies and/or reasons to call them back. The pricing is always transparent and fair. I continue to use Dream Kitchens now and plan to do so in the future.
Love our new kitchen! It turned out better than we expected thanks to Les. We had a corner that was a little tight. He was able to design around pipes, a window and the range to make it all function and look awesome. A great experience from start to finish. Thanks Les and Lavena for all your help. After planing a new kitchen for months, we got estimates from a few local company’s, honestly they didn’t seem to care about our project.... we were looking for custom cabinets and counter tops. We were referred to Dream Kitchens from a friend who had there kitchen replaced by them and spoke highly of them. We called and set up an appointment on a Saturday. We talked to Les, explained what we were looking for, he also helped us out sourcing the quartzite counter tops. We went with custom Cherry cabinets, and bases, Les took the time to go over options and did a “Floor Plan” for us to review. The installation date was sooner than quoted, and he has exceeded our expectations... Honestly I would not hesitate to refer Dream Kitchens to any of my friends or family... Very impressed with the quality of the work and expertise. They were honest and able to make great suggestions for changes that has given me the kitchen of my dreams. Can't wait to show it off- Thanksgiving and Christmas at my house! :-)
