Our experience was very unfortunate. We asked the sale representative to help our daughter find a pair of new jazz shoes. After trying a pair, my daughter said that they were too tight but the lady insisted that they needed to be tight. After trying the shoes to her dance lesson, it was obvious that she was in pain and it was the wrong size for her. They were brand new when we tried to exchange them for a different pair. They refused any exchange because my daughter was there at the time of purchased. She never wore the shoes again. Overall very disappointing experience.

Their service are bad, so reluntant to help you buying pointe shoes. The lady ask this,and that, and blah blah blah, and her face always gives you that look! She even asked you where you learnt Ballet , and who is the teacher! Gosh, that's my privacy, ok? I just don't understand just a pointe shoes,and seems it's a treasure to them! And she meant once you tried any pointe, you MUST buy it! Who's gonna wanna buy anything in such kind of store?! NO services, NO respect, Just ATTITUDE! AND OFFENCE! The worst shop experiences ever in North America!
