Decided to just walk in with the intention to see an M2 because I had always been curious. When I went in I was approached by Suki who took the time to see what I was interested in and eventually showed me the 4 series coupe. It was perfect because it was a lot bigger and offered a lot of comfort. Suki definitely made my experience an amazing one and did not pressure me once in the time it took for me and my wife to make a decision. To top it off I had a great time learning all about BMW's technology from Tyler who was able to take me through all the features these vehicles have with his incredible understanding of these machines. Best dealership to help you through your big decisions! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is ever considering a BMW just to have the professionalism and respect of amazing staff throughout

Very happy with my new 2020 330i lease. Thanks go to Robert, Webb, and Liam for their generous, speedy service. I had some reservations about picking out a car over the phone because I hadn't yet seen this year model, but Webb took the time to explain the different features to me in detail and we were able to quickly find a vehicle that suited my needs. Webb and Robert even recommended against add-ons they knew I wouldn't need, which I really appreciated. Liam, the product genius, did an excellent job explaining how to use all of the new features in the car when I visited in person. The whole process went smoothly and took just a few days from start to finish, and I'm grateful they were able to accommodate my busy schedule. Unfortunately, there was a small paint chip on the vehicle when I went to pick it up, but Liam and Webb helped sort that out as well. The dealership itself is modern and spacious, and made a great first impression. I also enjoyed the atmosphere of the place overall. Although it was quite busy when I went to pick up my car, it didn't feel crowded. The upstairs vehicle pickup area was nice and quiet. The location was a ways away from my home in Burnaby and I was hesitant to travel during COVID and in the midst of wildfire smoke, but the superb service I was provided made the trip out to Langley worthwhile. Hope to be back again!
Bought a 2021 330e in February 2021. Salesperson (Suki) was knowledgeable, gave me a good deal, and wasn't pushy. They beat the Brian Jessel price by some margin. Their Financial Services Manager (Kelli) was one of the most professional people I've ever dealt with - she knew what she was doing and responded to emails promptly (which I really appreciate). Finally, Tyler, the product specialist, knew his stuff inside and out and was really helpful when the car finally arrived. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

I was provided with an amazing fully loaded brand new BMW 330i at a price which is unheard of at other dealerships.
