I have recently had a great experience shopping online at Big Box Outlet Store! I bought a Remington ShortCut Clipper Pro Self-Haircut Kit, Silver ( HC4250 ) online at this outlet and it arrived earlier than expected or scheduled. I lately used the clipper once, and it's working well. In addition, the price was surprisingly low - much lower than anywhere else. The service was extremely prompt, and the product was well packaged. I really like to thank staff members of this store for their prompt service in spite of their being busy during COVID-19! I would give a review of zero if it was possible. I order a 3 pack of Phillip Cleaner Refills. The refills should last about 1.5 years, however, the expiry date on the items is July 2020, just three months from now. One of the three cartridges was also empty, not sure if it's their fault for not packaging it properly or Canada Post. In any event, I will not be ordering from them again.
Terrible people and customer service. Delievered package super late, and wont even return the item.

I used to love this place for my movie collection. They recently did what they would call a remodel. I hope they didn't spend to much. Now even the Blu-rays and DVDS are locked up. To get a price you have to call a staff member over and unlock the cabinets. They used to have them just on the shelve and you can browse without bothering anyone. They sell refurbished or returned goods at almost MSRP. Deals are few and far between. Better off spending the extra couple bucks and getting it new with a warranty.
Nice staff, have found many good deals but quite small compared to others which is understandable since it's a huge wearhouse behind the shipping address. Haven't tried the online part yet
Just had a run in with one of there employees in and out of traffic cutting people off slamming brakes acting a fool great representation of your company
