Love the furniture but don't bother with the warranty they sell with Guardsmen. After sitting on hold for hours they have denying our claim on our couch set saying the springs aren't broken enough to fix. Even after their Rep was out to see it and reported there was a problem. So don't bother, the warranty obviously is a waste

Nice place to do business .we were very well looked after and kim the manager went above and beyond to make us feel valued. whan purchasing a sofa/ this is an highly recommended place to buy home furnishings we will be back thank you to all your staff as well Lee and Sonia cheers

My fiancee and I went into the Ashley furniture store Langley location when Black Friday deals had just started and their computer systems had crashed. Despite all the craziness going on, Kim, the store manager spent hours with us and provided amazing customer service. Highly recommend this location and Kim!
