Went to see Reg at Arctic Spas in July along with a couple of other swim spa brands, and decided to go Arctic Spas' Ocean and an accompanying Covana cover. From start to finish (our pool was delivered and installed by October 3rd), everything went according to schedule. Reg, Curtis and Mark were all very responsive and quick to address any questions we had. We've enjoyed our swim spa now for six weeks and it been a relaxing and healthy distraction from the pandemic.

Bought the Tundra from Artic Spa Langley (took delivery in August) and it's been perhaps my lone highlight of 2020. The Artic Spa team (Sales, Service, Delivery, Tech Support, etc.) has been fantastic, they clearly care for their customers. Thank you Arctic Spa Team Langley.
Really pleasant company to deal with. Got my hot tub from them end of last year and absolutely love it. The people in store have been consistently friendly and helpful every time I have gone in, and the same for the service technicians.
