We just finished eating our supper: Teriyaki box and Pad Thai. Although the meals were tasty, there was an abundance of sauce... Maybe too much liquid? But, what I really don't understand is the "surcharge" on over and above the cost of the food and taxes... Why did my meal cost 28.90 for 10 & 12 boxes?? And why did I add a tip to that!? I appreciate having businesses stay open and cook for me, given the risks and stress out there, but where's this extra money going? Are the employees padding bills? Or was this simply an honest mistake? Did I miss something?

Good portion for the price and they have free carbonated water! And friendly staff. But sadly that's about the only good things. 1. Not enough protein. 2. There's something to be said about subtlety of taste and these guys don't have it. 3. Waaay too much sauce.
I forgot to re-update my review from last week. We went back again... And were left with more disappointment. The items requested left out of the box were not left out... Yet again... This is literally a constant complaint.. Every... Single... Time. The food was also not great this time. It was spiced incorrectly.... Again! This will be the last review I write for you. I don't intend to return again. You've had too many chances. Let's hope your uptown store stays great... Perhaps you can learn something from them.
The staff here are always so friendly and the manager is a delight. You can tell she really cares about her customers. I also noticed the food at this noodle box is consistently good and I don't think I've ever been disappointed ordering from this location, just satisfied with a very happy tummy!
This is the first time I've been disappointed by noodle box. My wife ordered mild chicken teriyaki box, when we got home we found medium beef teriyaki in the box instead. I checked at the store and the box was labeled mild chicken teriyaki.
I love noodlebox! Super friendly staff, and super yummy food. Nothing but positive things to say!
Tried curry box and it was amazing! Service was great as usual. I like langford and uptown better than other locations!
Wish I could give them no stars , I ordered Bombay mac and cheese with double sauce through their mobile app today and my order came with Double mangoes instead. I am not sure from where the mangoes came from in the bowl. Bombay Mac and cheese doesn't come with mangoes at all and off course they added tomatoes on top even though I asked for no tomatoes. After calling the store and informing them about their messed up order they offered me 5 off even though I paid 14 for the box. And she said just scoop off the mangoes instead. Hope the Noodlebox management will do something about this location and their customer service skills. We have been to other locations as well but never got that kind of service.
