I came into the ED for an injured foot. I found staff to be professional, attentive and caring. I was in and out in about 3 hours. Hopefully I don't need to use the ED again but I'd feel comfortable returning or having a family member go there.

Had my surgery done doctors & Nurses and the staff were very caring
They are the kindest, nicest nurses and doctors I've ever met. They show genuine care and are patient and calm with everyone.
The worst kind of Nurses in emergency. Very rude and humiliating experience. Check google reviews. The management have put their heads in the sand and are away from reality. Could they give some sensitivity training to staff in Emergency dept?
I would like to express my Sincere gratitude to all Staff members at Ajax ED who were working on Saturday 25 July @20 H00, I was quickly examined and diagnosed as stroke case, my work-up was completed without delay, Many thanks to everyone who provided me with this incredible care . Specially all staff at second floor/east entrance . Special thanks to all Staff, Nurses , Technicians and to Dr. Sharita Manga who treated and well managed with other specialists to recover my case with outstanding care and help.
Wish I can give ZERO star！ The receptionist is so rude and racial discrimination. And another is watch movie on the phone all the time. Never come here unless you enjoy sitting here for 5 hours！
I had to go throw emergency is this Hospital. The average waiting time is around 2-3h (times posted upon entry). Staff was friendly and they managed to do their best but the hospital probably lacks of some bigger infrastructure/staff. Also, there were some critical patients in the hospital which moves a lot of staff to on-site x-rays, bigger delays with nurses, etc. Overall it was okay and I as able to get medicated and back home after 5 hours (had to wait some exams, wait nurse, etc).
One of the worst hospitals. You can see the doctors and nurses taking their sweet time and joking around while many people waiting over 3 hours. Ajax hospital is known for this. If you need immediate treatment please do not go here. Downtown or Stouffville is definitely worth the drive.
