I have worked with various dealers throughout B.C Seca Marine is by far the best! From sale to service of my new boat they have handled every request and provided real satisfaction. BEWARE!!! Most dealers will take your money and leave you hanging. Carter and his team of professionals have won my business for life. When it come to a huge purchase like a new Wakesurf boat, understand that you will need support and things will come up that need explaining. Don’t waste your time or money at other big box stores. This dealership will keep you safe and ensure that your experience is a good one. The pro shop is always fully stocked with the latest fashions and hardware. Wow, what a difference people make. I recently purchased a 2009 Tige 22ve privately. It will spend its life on Shuswap lake, so I called the Tige dealer there to arrange getting the boat serviced. I was shocked when they told me \sorry we only service boats we sold\ we can't help you. Interesting way to grow your business ??? A couple weeks later I was driving by Seca Marine in Kelowna and stopped in to look at some life jackets. There I was approached by guy named Sean who helped us with some accessories, when I told him that we had just purchased a used Tige he welcomed us to the Tige family and gave us a nice Tige blanket for the boat. He then introduced me to his service manager Andrew who was super friendly and also welcomed us to the Tige family. Fast forward a few weeks and we just had a full service done on the boat with Seca Kelowna and Andrew's customer service was outstanding. The boat was in and out as promised and the bill was less than I expected! When we upgrade to a newer Tige it will definitely be with the team at Seca Kelowna! Sean Campbell

We are from Edmonton, Alberta and came to Lake Country for a vacation. On our first day on the water, our boat died on the lake and we realized all of the oil leaked out of the boat. We called Brennan who we were dealing with at Seca as we were storing our boat trailer there for the week. He immediately came with our boat trailer to pick us up from a boat launch we got towed to. He let us know that the service department at Seca Marine didn’t open until Monday, and despite them being booked solid Monday and Tuesday he said he would do all he could to get our boat looked at Monday morning so we could make the most of our vacation. Roughly 30 minutes later Brennan called us letting us know that he looked at the boat himself and found out we had a loose oil filter which was what caused the oil to leak out. He refilled our boat with oil, cleansed our entire engine bay of oil, and got our boat back on the water for our vacation. Brennan and everyone at Seca Marine went above and beyond to help us out and make our week here perfect. Thank you Brennan and Seca Marine for everything that you did, please come here for all of your boat needs as they are AMAZING!!!

we pulled up in our boat to the boat launch in okanagan landing. seca marine truck backs in. buddy in the boat gets unreasonably close to our boat and then leaves his boat going while we are struggling to hold our boat in place because of the unessicary waves he was causing. the jerk just stared at us. very unimpressed with how he was acting while representing this company. i hope not all employees at seca are this ignorant.
