Service provided: Alluminum railings for stairs on back deck. Frameless glass railing as well as Tuffdeck vinyl on front deck. Excellent customer service with our super friendsly sales person Ray!!! Cannot say enough about our experience with Okanagan Sundeck Centre. First off, they returned my call for a request for a quote and booked my appointment within a few days, which is amazing compared to the other 4 companies in Kelowna that did not return my call. During the appointment, while my contractor was on site, Ray took the time to discuess the technical terms to ensure they both had the necessary information for the job. This ended up being crucial as our contractor then sealed up the deck after installing block supports with the measurements to match Sundecks system. If Ray had not taken the time to do this, our deck would have needed to be reopened to re-install block supports with the specifications unique to each system/company. Ray is personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. He takes the time to answer questions to ensure you feel at ease using their service. I would highly recommend using Okanagan Sundeck Centre for your home.

Not recommended as my deck was a mess from the start,walls are peeling ,floor is lifting ,all the filler in screw holes have popped and you can see every joint in the plywood ,company representative has been here and pushes blame on the builder so here I am with one crapy looking deck and this was a brand new build
