I have been attempting to receive my scans for 5 weeks now. It is regarding my spine. I am literally developing scoliosis but they don't have the time to reply to any emails, and nothing is being sent to my physio or to my fax number which I provided 3 times, 2 weeks ago. This is really disappointing.

This is by far the best clinic I have ever been to for Xrays. I was able to bring my referral, arrive with no appointment and be seen in and out the door in 15 minutes. Way better than going to the hospital, highly recommended!

A disturbing experience with a passive aggressive technician who was clearly not interested in good customer experience. From the onset she was unfriendly and provided minimal response to questions. During the actual imaging procedure for fractured toes she proceeded to forcibly “spread” my toes arguing that I could in fact move them into the position she required. Unbelievable, unprofessional and dangerous. As convenient as this location is I will not return or recommend it.
