The most picturesque library anywhere. The architectural elements are first rate, allowing for unobstructed views of the baie, the layout is very well thought out permitting fluid movement throughout the building. It’s interesting to note that you are greeted by a lovely gallery featuring the works of local artists. The collection, surprisingly is excellent, especially their large books towards the left of the building. Everything about this library is inviting. The staff is pleasantly bilingual and extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Quel magnifique endroit qui donne une vue remarquable sur le fleuve.
Très belle bibliothèque avec vue sur le fleuve. Personnel courtois et accueillant. Ce n'est pas un simple service, mais un échange entre personnes qui apprennent à se connaître. Vaux le détour.
