My first time getting anything framed. Alphons took plenty of time with me to help choose the best frames and mattes. I paid in advance since that's my style. Had quite a bit of trouble connecting to collect my two framed artworks (Alphons cited emergencies), so I asked for an appointment at his convenience. When I arrived on time, he was busy doing a passport photo, but indicated my paid-for works on display. I was going to grab them and go, but he insisted on me waiting until he was finished with the two guys there about passports, although I had said "I can just grab these since I paid in advance, right?" -- a bit strange. Didn't extend his hand when I offered a shake, so I made a joke about "covid handshake", smiled and went my way. I had been there twice before during business hours hoping to catch him, that's why I had insisted on an appointment. I think he should have just let me grab my property and run, not kept me waiting. But he is still on the polite end for Hamilton, IME.

I actually had a wonderful experience here vs. the other passport place near Sheraton/Starbucks (talk about scammers, plus my photos were rejected and looked horrible). Anyway, I think the man helping me was the owner - he was really sweet and allowed you to take your time in touching your self up/fix your hair. He had a mirror and powder handy, which was a nice touch and even allowed me to retake my photos and keep them. Even if you're not there for photos, definitely check out the art pieces, I found a nice shadow box!

Honestly the best place to get your passport phots done and the pictures turn out great each time. highly recommend. Ever finding out about this place I can't go anywhere else to get my photos taken. Keep up the good work :)
Very professional very fast service
I highly recommend coming to this little nook to take your passport photo. The photographer is very professional, makes sure there is no shine or reflection on your face (that could potentially get your photo rejected by the government) and he allows you to check to make sure you are happy with your passport image. Best of all, it's a great price! Thank you! I am very happy with my experience here.
Don't waste yr time terrible customer service my picture got rejected by passport office and the owner want even do anything about it,then I went to photo store near Sheraton hotel pro photo they did a great job and my photo got accepted immediately. Don't waste yr time and money with La Galleria for me its a 0* store what a waste.
Such a kind hearted and wonderful owner, quality product and passport photos are only 9.99 tax all day! He makes you feel like a person and his customer service is everything! The ONLY place to get your passport photos in Jackson Square! Thanks so much, Sir!
